Who can return, which items are excluded, how to start a return and when refunds are issued.

We want you to feel confident about fit and styling. Subject to the conditions below, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Return window

You must submit your return request within 14 calendar days after the carrier marks the order as delivered.

2. Eligibility requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume or other visible wear.
  • Original tags, hygiene liners, packaging and accessories must still be attached or included.
  • A proof of purchase, order number and the reason for return must be provided.

3. Non-returnable items

Unless defective or required by law, final-sale items, gift cards, earrings, intimates, and any hygiene-sensitive products with removed liners or seals are not eligible for return. If a product page states that an item is final sale, that notice controls.

4. How to request a return

Please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Do not send merchandise back before receiving approval and instructions.

5. Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item or a legal requirement, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because stock changes quickly. If we are able to support an exchange, we will confirm the process after reviewing your request. Otherwise, the usual return-and-repurchase workflow applies.

9. Chargebacks and abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future transactions if we detect abuse of this policy, excessive return activity, fraud or misuse of promotions.
