1. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is authorized. During launches, promotions, holidays or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping rates and delivery timing

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your destination and selected service level. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, public holidays, peak seasons or address problems.

3. Delays and unavailable inventory

If we cannot ship within the timeframe shown at checkout or, if no timeframe is stated, within 30 days of your order, we will contact you with the option to wait for the item or cancel for a full refund.

4. Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout. 5. International orders

6. Tracking and delivery issues

Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, you will receive tracking details when available. If tracking shows a delivered parcel but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors or your building manager. Then contact the carrier and notify us within 5 days so we can review next steps.

7. Refused or returned shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an address problem, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost and any carrier or customs fees from any eligible refund.
